Redwood users utilized several systems, such as Salesforce Health Cloud, Kareo, Elation Health, QTC, Somnology, CleveMed, and ResMed, for their work. However, due to the distribution of data across these systems, outdated or stale information was frequently present in one system. Moreover, the external nature of the systems made it difficult to generate aggregate information from the raw data, causing delays and errors. A centralized system was necessary to integrate data from these disparate sources, ensuring data accuracy and providing real-time updates to streamline workflows and enable informed decision-making.
How Aekot Streamlined Redwood Pulmonary's Operations
Redwood tackled these challenges by integrating multiple systems with Salesforce Health Cloud. This integration enabled the consolidation of therapeutic, diagnostic, and monitoring data, giving a comprehensive view of the patient's history within the Salesforce platform. The integration with Elation brought in appointment, medication, and questionnaire data, while CleveMed contributed reports. Additionally, ResMed and Somnology provided raw data and reports, further enriching the patient's profile in the Health Cloud. Ultimately, the integration of these systems allowed for a seamless and holistic view of patient data, empowering healthcare providers to make informed decisions and provide better care.
